Shipping

 

We offer Standard and Express Post within Australia, with FREE upgrade to Express Post on all domestic orders over $120. Please allow up to three business days for us to process, pack and lodge your order at the post office. Please note, estimated postage times are additional to processing time. With the extended lockdowns due to COVID-19 Australia Post are  experiencing significant delays with their postage services, so Express Post is recommended.

 

To protect your new gems and ensure a safe arrival to you, all orders will be sent in bespoke, recyclable mailing boxes. Standard Post within Australia is estimated at 2-7 business days, Express Post at 1-2 business days, however timelines can vary between locations. Please use the tracking number provided via email to track the progress of your order.

 

International Shipping

 

Both Standard and Express shipping is available to New Zealand, USA, Canada and Ireland. Please send me an email should you wish to ship to other international locations. We are not responsible for duties and/or taxes your country may charge you. Some countries have specific import restrictions on certain products and it is the responsibility of you the customer to check your local regulations before placing an order with us.
